What are the shipping costs?
UK delivery is free on all orders.
We dispatch your order using Royal Mail Special Delivery service in 1-2 working days.
Click & Collect is free, and if ordered before 2pm, it can be collected after 3pm on the same day.
To protect you against fraud, proof of order, photo ID, and the card used for payment will be required, and collection will be signed for.
In case of third-party collection, we require an email confirming details from the customer, a copy of the order confirmation, and a photo ID. Any orders over £500 will need to be collected by the cardholder with photo ID.
What is your returns policy?
Web orders:
All stock pieces purchased are eligible to be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition.
In-store purchases:
For in-store purchases, we are pleased to offer an exchange or credit note on unsuitable goods. However, we do not offer a refund.
Bespoke items:
And pieces altered to a specific customer request are non-refundable.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Unsuitable items must be returned within 28 days in saleable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase and in their original packaging.
Please note we do not reimburse postage costs or duty charges.
How do I return my item?
If the item was purchased within the last 28 days, fill out the form on the back of the delivery note and return the jewellery in its original condition.

How long does it take to make a bespoke piece of jewellery?
Once the design has been finalised, a piece takes 5 - 6 weeks to make. Please allow 8 - 9 weeks in total, depending on the complexity of the design or the number of appointments required.
Do you remodel inherited jewellery?
Yes, we love to breathe new life into pieces you no longer wear. Simply make an appointment to come in with your jewellery, and we can discuss your ideas.
Do you repair jewellery?
We can repair jewellery made from gold, platinum, and silver, but not from base metals. Our services include ring resizing, re-tipping, chain repairs, and the replacement of precious stones. Please drop off any items, and we will inform you if we can repair your piece.
Can I bring in a loose gemstone to use in a bespoke piece?
We re-model inherited jewellery but do not work with loose stones.
Where is your jewellery made?
All E.C.One jewellery is crafted in our B Corp-certified workshop. Our goldsmiths exclusively use post-consumer recycled gold, platinum, and silver. We ensure that all diamonds are conflict-free.
Do you welcome LGBGT+ couples?
Yes, we love to welcome all couples who'd like to celebrate with a piece of jewellery from E.C.One.
